Owned and maintained by Frame Media Inc., the service is currently free of cost, and features over 200 channels that you can subscribe to and receive content from. These include RSS feeds, news and weather updates, professional images from photo sharing websites (Picasa, Facebook etc.), sports and entertainment reports etc.

The FrameChannel website allows you to configure your digital frame, so you can decide how frequently the frame should update itself with new content. Plus, you can browse through the channel listing (including featured channels on the home page) and subscribe to all the channels you want.

To do all this, you need to create a free membership with FrameChannel.com and create your own personal channel. Once this is done, your family and friends can email photographs directly to your digital picture frame.   However, you can always browse the website and look up various channels without registering.
