The DPF-D70 is Sony’s 8 inch digital frame with LCD display. Single images can be viewed with Fit-to-Screen or Entire Image modes. Calendar and digital or analog clock could be displayed for your convenience. The auto orientation sensor automatically adjusts the portrait or landscape view depending on the placement of the frame. The wide 15:9 display shows off your photos vibrantly in 800 X 600 pixels resolution. The frame can decode as much as 48 megapixels. It supports files in JPEG and RAW, SRF, SR2 and ARW in preview only.
You can view your pictures from your couch or office chair through the remote control. The remote control features simple buttons that let you browse and edit your pictures effectively with ease. The internal storage is 256 MB or a capacity of 500 pictures. It’s smaller than the internal storage in Kodak’s digital frames but this frame is compatible with more memory cards. Direct USB input makes transferring pictures easy. The frame is powered by an AC adaptor and consumes at most 7.7 watts.
The DPF-D80 flexibly displays vibrant pictures of any size and any orientation. Though it’s not cordless, it adds a lively personal touch to any cozy corner of your home or office.
