Looks like Pacific Digital www.pacificdigital.com makes digital picture frames. They have products under the name MemoryFrame.

They have frames that are 5 by 7 and 8 by 10.

These frames look very similar to the frames being sold on Amazon under the name Digital Spectrum

I will need to do some more research on what the relation between the two companies is.
